I designed and build a windows application named "Jones Cellular" for Manitoba Customer Contact Association. This software is a
simple model that they can use in training that would mirror the actions as Customer Service Representative
that might use in the real "Call Center" such as opening a new account for the new customer, sorting for
active or inactive account, doing updates and account billing assesment.
